This application (“the App”) is an internal expense reimbursement tool operated by Bridgeway Church for the sole use of its authorized members, staff, and finance administrators. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
Access is restricted to individuals whom the church has invited and granted a role within the App. Accounts may be revoked at any time at the discretion of the church administration.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to submit only genuine expense records incurred on behalf of the church, and to provide truthful information. You will not attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you, nor interfere with the operation of the App.
3. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third-party services to function: Google (authentication), Google Gemini (receipt image analysis), Firebase Storage (receipt image hosting), Vercel (application hosting), and QuickBooks Online (accounting export). Your data is transmitted to these services only as necessary to operate the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” for the church’s internal use. No express or implied warranties are made regarding availability, accuracy of AI-assisted data, or fitness for any particular purpose. The church and its maintainers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the App or applicable requirements. The “Last updated” date above indicates the current version. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
